Introduction: As the COVID-19 pandemic started, NO-FEAR project shifted to real-time experience sharing improve response an unknown new threat. The lessons observed during more than 20 webinars were collected and analyzed at end of 2019 identify those relevant for future preparedness another outbreak or threats. Method: A questionnaire using a 0-4 Likert scale was distributed wider community, where they asked relevance item preparedness. Later results discussed by consortium put feedback in large meeting Madrid March 2022. 78 observations clustered into five categories: 1) human factor (23) 2) Knowledge sharing, cooperation coordination (11) 3) Equipment supplies (15) 4) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) (20) 5) PPE (9). Results: Top-rated following: factor: 2.3 need updated, trustful information with personnel (e.g. regarding treatment protocols, PPE, updates, etc.) allow them comprehensive understanding situation (3.73). Personal Protective (PPE): 6.1 stockpile management, considering transportation, storage space, risk throwing away out-of-date (3.63). supplies: 4.3 solutions increase equipment beds capacity (3.56). 2.22 management fake news mitigation violent incidents against healthcare coordination: 3.5 collect data, needs, gaps, preparation outbreaks Better integrating health care crisis structures highlighted conference.
